Somali pirates seize ship with 23 Chinese crew

No shocker here…Somali pirates once again hijacked a St. Vincent and Grenadines flagged cargo ship that has 23 Chinese aboard out in the Indian Ocean near Seychelles (an amazing place if you’ve never been there). The East African coordinator of Seafarers Assistance programme (Andrew Mwangura) said that the MV Rak Afrikana was hijacked almost 280 nautical miles west of the Seychelles islands.
